It was Paul Henry Thiry D'Holdbachthat said,
“The source of man's unhappiness is his ignorance of Nature.”
And unhappiness can cause depression.
You gain nothing by worrying about events long gone and lost and, events yet to come.
Yesterday is gone, it can’t be brought back.
The gloomy future is yet to come and may never come.
So why do you have to sacrifice the beautiful gift of NOW for what you can’t bring back to life or for what you may never see or experience?
Why don’t you choose today, to be intentional about filling your being with laughter in a world many are ignorantly starving for same?
Be intentional about filling everyday you have with gratitude for the things you have.
For gratitude opens the door to a life of abundance and happiness.
Now, anytime you disconnect from the source of happiness, go back to nature and learn that seeing the rising sun, is enough reason not to worry about a thing.
